Description
UNA-061 is a [REDACTED] brand soap dispenser. When activated by a non-biological object, such as a robotic arm, UNA-061 will dispense regular soap, which has been tested to be unanomalous.
However, if UNA-061 is activated by a human, animal or being with blood, UNA-061 will dispense coagulated blood. DNA testing shows the blood to be of the person who has pushed UNA-061's piston. At no point can UNA-061 be seen extracting blood from the person who activates it; thus it is still unknown how UNA-061 can dispense blood from the activator.
The blood dispensed by UNA-061 appears to be taken directly from the person itself in real time. As such, frequent use of UNA-061 may result in loss of blood, which may cause dizziness, and possibly even death.
Acquisition
UNA-061 was found in the residence of [REDACTED], in Georgia, USA. When questioned on what UNA-061's purpose was, the owner shrugged, explaining that he had bought it from a dollar store [REDCATED] a few weeks ago. The owner also explained that 'the goddamn thing didn't dispensed soap, only some kind of weird-smelling jelly'.
The owner was subsequently given Class B amnestics, and UNA-061 was brought into Foundation custody.
Containment Protocol
UNA-061 is to be kept in Storage Drawer 43 in Site 12. At no point are personnel allowed to come into contact with it, except for experimentation.
In the event of theft, UNAS-F-2 team, Team 2-06, 'Acidic Touch', is to be dispatched to retrieve UNA-061, based on a tracker embedded on the bottom of it.
