Unexplainable Numbered Anomaly: 030

R. I. C. Class: Green-1-3

Object Properties: Sapient, Incorporeal, Transdimensional

Description

UNA-030 is by all means a healthy human male. UNA-030's IQ is slightly below average, but displays exellent memory. The subject is of American descent, and claims to be thirty years of age. UNA-030 also claims to be from an alternate reality, henceforth designated Dimension β1. In that reailty, the world has been turned into a dystopian place, due to a worldwide freak accident that resulted in a large majority of the human population dead. Exploration attempts with the aid of UNA-030 confirm this fact.

UNA-030 displays the limited ability to travel between Dimensions α and β. While able to travel freely and almost instantaneously by himself, and capable of tranposrting smaller objects or other humans with some concentration, UNA-030 displays a remarked difficulty in transporting several items at once, or transporting items heavier than 100kg. The subject claims that this is because he lacks the mental capacity to perform such tasks. Additionally, UNA-030 will occassionally shift between realities unexpectedly and subconsciously. This act is not controllable by the subject, and can occur at seemingly random intervals. While using considerable mental capacity to solve problems such as math questions or more complicated puzzles, UNA-030 has been observed to flash rapidly between the two dimensions.

When in one reality, those in the other reality will be able to see a projection of the UNA-030 in their own reality. This projection is purely visual; attempts to perceive UNA-030's projection in any in any other way or interact with UNA-030 have thus far failed. This phenomemnon occurs in both realities, and is likely due to UNA-030's consistent travelling between two realities that causes him to be somewhat "imprinted" in the opposite reality. UNA-030 cannot interact with, or perceive anything in the reality he is not in. If attempting to transport through another reality while inside a wall or solid object, UNA-030 will dematerialise and then materialise again in the closest unblocked place possible.

Numerous interviews have been schedule with UNA-030, and have all been transcribed and archived in Document-030-A. Access to the document is available to all personnel of Clearance Level 3 and above. Document-030-A has been somewhat helpful in constructing a rough history of Dimension β, as well as the governments, Groups of Interest and cultures present in the Dimension.

Acquisition

UNA-030 was discovered when he called the local police force to help him. He was found in an abandoned apartment were he was curled up in a fetal position in the corner of the room. UNA-030 was brought into custody and interrogated, but was brought into Foundation hands when he began to exhibit anomalous properties. UNA-030 was overall cooperative in containment, and was willing to live in a cell, be part of experiments, and be interrogated in exchange for safety and a possible explanation for his condition.

Containment Protocol

UNA-030 is kept in a stadard humanoid containment cell in Site-003, and is to be supplied with various traditional forms of entertainment2. The cell is situated on the fourth floor, which has been found to be the level closest to ground level in Dimension β. A new Site, Site-β has been constructed in Dimension β in the relative position of Site-003. A total of 114 personnel3 are stationed there to aid in and perform exploration attempts, which should only be performed with the permission of personnel with Clearance Code 030-5 or higher written persmission of the Board of Executives.

In general UNA-030 is allowed to roam free around Site-003, but is not allowed near any UNA containment areas. UNA-030 has been shown to be quite friendly to researchers, and is allowed to interact as he pleases. UNA-030 is allowed to interact with a number of anomalous objects, with the written permission of personnel with Clearance Code 030-5 or higher.
